I was really psyched to find this Chief Keef track hours after it was posted on Soundcloud through some new tech we built. I shared it with Kush as I was flowing with the happiness of discovering what I thought to be a rockin grime tune. It’s fair to say that Kush wasn’t as taken and said the song was pretty far away from grime. I’m not sure what to call it other than a bit of bad-ass booming.
Peace Orchestra — Double Drums
Peace Orchestra is Peter Kruder’s project, and this track Double Drums is one my favorites. I used to have this on vinyl and spin it out quite a bit. It’s been so long since I played my vinyl, that I’m not sure where that record is anymore. Luckily there’s YouTube to find your favorite tunes.
Enjoy the chill-grooving tunes.
Nerm’s BBC 6 Radio Show. East London’s Finest.
Nerm’s music is truly top quality. I love him as a friend, and it’s never a dull moment. I spent many a good night with Nerm in our Shoreditch neighborhood from 2010 to 2012. It was truly a magical experience walking over, crafting, creating, conspiring, reveling, and rockin’ out proper. Here’s his killer mix he did on the BBC 6 Music to kick of 2013. I highly recommend all his BBC 6 Mixes. This mix has some peak moments, switch-ups, and the sounds are a great electronic music journey with smooth yet dangerous beats and grooves.
Trey Anastasio’s Valentine’s Day Video
One of my guitar gods, Trey Anastasio, released a fun, animated journey with a poppy ditty. If genuine cialis without a prescription you’re going to have a tribute to Valentines, this is a good way to do it. Not sappy, nor guitar wrenching magic, but rather a light-hearted and bumpin’ groove.
Cheers Trey and Happy Valentines day (after). Check out the video.
Fanfarlo’s Harold T. Wilkins
Here’s a fun Fanfarlo song from years ago, Harold T. Wilkins. This is one of my favorite tunes played live or on a phenomenal sound system.
